I have submitted my handset on 13th August 2016 as per the jobsheet attached and my claim was approved on 15th September 2016 as per the Approvals acknowledgement attached. Also find the invoice of the handset attached. Till date their is no response from the insurance company, also their is no point of contact to know the status. Please help me to recover my expensive handset from this fraud insurance company.
