Ub Insurance Associates Complaints & Reviews

I have submitted my handset on 13th August 2016 as per the jobsheet attached and my claim was approved on 15th September 2016 as per the Approvals acknowledgement attached. Also find the invoice of the handset attached. Till date their is no response from the insurance company, also their is no point of contact to know the status. Please help me to recover my expensive handset from this fraud insurance company.

Claim number : ad_d_020616_[protected]

With reference to the above claim number, i have received the approval on june 15 2016, and as per the below email on july 5th 2016, it mentions that the insurance company has received all documents. But i have received a text message to my mobile on 12 july 2016 stating that documents received are incomplete, and i have to send them again. But its not mentioned what document is missing?....

I applied for insurance to Apps daily for my mobile which was stolen on[protected]Intimation no-AD_AT_161215_2889175 But as of now I haven't received any update from Apps daily....
