Ub Insurance Associates — Apps daily mobile claim not settled even after 3 months | |||||
Claim number : ad_d_020616_[protected] With reference to the above claim number, i have received the approval on june 15 2016, and as per the below email on july 5th 2016, it mentions that the insurance company has received all documents. But i have received a text message to my mobile on 12 july 2016 stating that documents received are incomplete, and i have to send them again. But its not mentioned what document is missing?. I tried approaching the apps daily support center for two times in rajaji nagar - bangalore, they are shut always and the number provided by them is also not reachable. I also tried calling your customer service number, but seems like you always put customers on long holds unresponsive. As per my knowledge i have submitted all necessary documents and photographs required and advised by your claims advisor on june 4th 2016, please be specific what are the incomplete / missing documents. And also try settling the claim as soon as possible, because its been 3 months since the claim is registered. Apps daily service is a worst company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
