Uber Cab — charged 100 for cancellation while did not ask confirmed booking

I was first time using uber cab and was just exploring how to use it... and app did not ask confirmation of booking and booked a cab for me... I said driver that it was done mistakenly... and I cancelled my ride ... even though 100 rs. Charged from my account.. This is wrong ... before booking they shud confirm it.. Plz resolve this issue... as their is no customer care no. Also. We can not contact uber directly... my contact no. [protected]
