Uber — Cash paid to the driver but still showing pending

Paid the total amount in cash still showing pending amount even I paid 16rs more coz of no change to the driver.. still showing pending are the. Uber drivers so good that he will let me go without giving the payment still showing payment tweeted several times for the resolution to the uber but they told no option i have to pay... How could a cash trip be pending.. the driver will simply never let me go.. even I contacted the driver for the same he also validated the same.. I can share u the voice recording for the same...
