I, dr. Vikrant verma (Sgpgi) have a complaint for your driver nishant (Cab no.: up32jn1909, datsun go contact no. [protected]) who refused the ride booked by me on 26th november, 2017 without any valid reason. I booked the ride at 2:38 pm on 26th november, 2017. Immediately after that i received a call from the number [protected]. The person asked me where he had to receive me from and the destination. After i informed him that he has to drop me at phoenix mall, he refused without any further explanations. His words were "nahi jaenge". After which he cut the call. When i called him on the number provided he said that it is no the number o[censored]ber. I called him again twice just to inform him that i will have to complain. The third time, some girl received the call and she also said that it's not uber's number. I told her also that i will have to complaint against the driver. After this my friend booked another uber cab. Meanwhile this driver, nishant also reached, he now called me with the numbed [protected]. I asked him why he refused at first and why didn't he own his number. To this he replied that he did not call to refuse and that when i called it must have been a wrong connection. I don't think it is possible that someone else called me to cancel the cal the moment i booked it. He stayed there even when we left from the other uber cab. Later i saw the notification that he had to cancel and i was charged 50 rs for it. Sir, if this remains the attitude of your drivers then i might never book any cab with your company and nor would i recommend anyone else. So, kindly take the necessary action.
