My father did booking on 4th SEP 2022 for Rs 340.46/- but driver did never came and ride did not happened. When he tried to contact Uber Team through APP they claimed ride had happened. However, my account is clearly showing adding money from Paytm wallet to UBER wallet and money deduction from Uber wallet also ride is showing cancelled. But still Uber team is not resolving it.
Also this company is working in India without having any contact option like mail or toll free service there is no avenue where we as a consumer can go for grievance resolution how come that even possible.
