Drivers cancelled the trip after telling us to wait at the pick up location. Despite the fact that they are not supposed to ask the rider about the drop location before starting the trip, they do so all the time and tonight as well. The driver was few yards from me when he cancelled. Please take affirmative action against these workers by starting with the two drivers i am attaching the identity of. This happened 6 times on 26th october, 2019 and i have marked two of them. Please teach them a sound lesson so that they don't ruin such an essential city cab service.
