Uber Eats — food not delivered and no compensation

We had ordered a desert from "stop my starvation" restaurant through uber eats platform at 10.30pm on 17th july 2019. After an hour of placing the order we didn't it and the app showed that the ordered has been delivered at 11.05pm. We complained to the customer service center twice but we didn't receive the money and also as a customer i expect to be compensated more than a simple reimbursement if i don't get my product. Uber eats customer service guy simply said that he can only do a reimbursement and nothing more than that and the reimbursement would be credited in 5-7 working days. Its a kind of harassment for a customer that too if such thing happens in the middle of the night.
