Uber Eats — food not delivered and no refund given--fraud | |||||
I placed an order on uber eats on 29 Jan 7:30pm. By 9pm order status was reflecting as delivered . On calling customer support they patched the delivery partner who then disconnected the call. He was again patched n he asked us to come to Patel Marg to pick the order (3-4 km ) away from my house. Then customer care asked delivery guy to drop the call. This was further escalated twice to the manager but also didn't provide us with the food delivery or refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
