On 16 june 2019, i ordered food for a total amount of rs.414.48. Since one of the item became sold out, the hotel cancelled my full order. Since i opted payment through debit card, the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I waited for more than 7 working days for the refund. But they didn't refund my money. When i checked my uber account, i saw that the same amount has been added to my uber creditsas consumers cannot transfer money in uber credits to their bank account, i contacted customer care. Their first reply was, there is an authorisation hold in my bank account (My bank hasn't paid them). Since i was aware of these kind of fradulent replies, i again contacted them and submitted my bank statement. Then they said my deducted money is in my uber credits, since they are facing back-end issues they can't refund money, i should use their services in future to spend that money. They have transferred my money to uber credits without my consent and also i don't want to make a future order with them.
