[Resolved] Uber Eats — uber eats deducted money and cancelled order no refund yet | |||
On 28th May I had ordered from uber eats and around 64.50 RS was detected from my account and the order was cancelled by the restaurant. In their help section it was written that refund will arrive in 5-6 working days. I got in touch with the customer service and they say they are facing some technical problem so cannot refund the money back but it will be credited back but they don't know when. This is so pathetic I have been waiting now for more than 2 working weeks around 14 working days it has been now. Now they do not respond to any emails. I want my refund back immediately. Kindly please help. Uber eats is the worst company when it comes to customer service with no contact number or no problem person to address this issue to. Was this information helpful? | |||

The UBER person in Uber desk at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, P7 (UBER pickup point), time 4:15 PM is misbehaving with customers.

I booked a ride from cubbon park bangalore to vegacity mall inspite of me being in my correct location 2 uber drivers cancelled my ride...and i got late this is seriously not tolerable
