Uber — Horrible customer service

I had an issue with Uber on my last ride where they charged me twice for the same trip. I went to their app and raised this issue 10 times and they have not responded or acknowledged my complaint. It is more than 1 week, they have no contact center, dont know what to do. However this is scary considering they can deduct any amount from your paytm/credit card and so cannot do anything about it.
