My name is rashmi panwar and my uber account was randomly blocked with any reason. When i tried checking with them i was directed to a web page and tge reasons listed for blocking customers dont apply to me. I tried reaching them several times but there is only a mail id and no number for greviances redressal. I have not gotten a response stating reason just a mail stating its been escalated. Its been 4 days and its really unfair that they can deny service to a well rated customer without reasonable explanation.
I strongly feel about such ostracisation of consumer and would like to take action against the unfounded discrimination.
