It's so much difficult to contact uber customer support. There is no way to reach out to them. Yesterday I booked auto ride for my father. From karvenagar pune to nanded city, pune. Total estimated fair was around 126rs.. As my father asked me otp on call, driver might realised that my father don't have app on mobile to verify fair. When they reached location driver asked him to pay 155rs as my father was aware about estimated ride charges he tried to call me in front of driver to confirm payment amount. Then suddenly driver changed his word and showed correct charge receipt of rs 126. My father paid amout in cash. But on uber app it still showing amount as pending payment. I am not able to book next ride. As we already paid last ride fair how to clear this pending payment. I am surprised that such big company don't even have proper customer support for help.
