Uber India — Amount already paid , yet shows unpaid on my trips

I booked a cab to travel from my college to the airport via the Uber app. I opted for the online payment mode and paid the driver an amount of 1182 Rs through his GPay account.

To my surprise, despite having made the payment, I received a notification that the amount is unpaid, and I am currently unable to book any further rides with Uber. This has caused me considerable inconvenience and has impacted my ability to commute efficiently.

I have attached a screenshot of the trip details and the payment for your reference. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
