This is to share my horrifying experience with UBER yesterday.
I lodged a complaint though apps system as quick as possible but even after 24 hrs there had been no feedback from UBER side.
I booked a cab for journey from my home to my parents place. As I reached nearer, understood that my 80+ yrs old father needs to visit doctor's place, so I decided to drop him up to the doctor's place.
Listening my decision change, the driver became very much arrogant and denied to go further. On my polite explanation, he even told me that they earn on trips, so he would not care of my decision whatever urgent or important it be and insisted that I must get-off, settle his dues and look for other options.
Such arrogant / unethical / rude behaviours were not acceptable to me. So I insisted that we contact Customer Care, inform then, understand the system, and take a decision accordingly.
However, by that time driver Raj became more arrogant, told me that there is no Customer Care Contact, (may be) cancelled the trip and zoomed off threatening that he will see to it.
This is not the end. After 5 min. and again at evening the driver called, used abusive languages and life-threatening consequences.
UBER did not give any feedback against my complaint and I do not know how to solve the impasse. Was this information helpful? |
