Asked u guys a question and u are purposely avoiding to answer that.
The riders are expected to pay the trip by the choosen payment method but why did the driver didn't say this to the passenger who was on the ride?
Y the hell he got the money for the trip when it showed no amount to pay in the app? And when the amount has already been collected by the trip by the mode of cash u want a customer to complete the payment again by the choosen method? Before bringing a teaching session to a customer y don't u teach the process to the drivers who r working with you? Do u think customers are fool to pay twice for a single ride? If this isn't resolved this time u may go ahead right away closing my account and i'm not going to pay any single money for this # and as a customer i do have lot more options to replace u guys Was this information helpful? |
