I booked a uber moto trip through uber app from dilshad garden, delhi to noida sec 62 dated 7-aug-2023, before the trip the fare shown was about Rs 95 after automatically applied promotion, also I have not applied the promotion manually it was automatically applied on uber app. But after the trip the fare charged was Rs 124. When I contacted customer care, they said they cannot adjust the fare. What kind of joke is this? Can you see there is difference in amount what was shown and what is charged. I continued contacting uber even today, it's about 5 months, now they are saying that we cannot adjust the fare because the trip is older than 30 days also they said next time if you report the issue within 30 days we will resolve it for sure. I think they have the habit of shooting in the dark as I had already reported the reported within 30 days and still reporting even today they are not resolving my issue. Such a difference in amount and not refunding the balance amount indicates what? It's a fraud! This company is using dirty tactics like auto promotion to attract the customers then loot money from them. When customer ask for money they give excuses in order to hide their mistakes.in other words, they are exploiting the customer. Where is your development and testing team? Haven't they reported the issue that customer is facing while booking the vehicle for trip on which auto promotion is applied. The status of system can be traced by number of complaints registered on that date. They haven't maintained any log of anything neither complaints nor chats. Their development and testing team doesn't report any issue to their customer care officials as they are hiding their mistakes. Their development and testing team is unprofessional. This company uses the auto promotion as a tool to make money and exploit customer. It's more than 5 months this company has not refunded my money. Please find attachments in order to refer the proofs also, in the proof please see how their reply keeps on changing. I am reporting the issue to this company for 5 months still they are not listening to me being an old customer. This company doesn't know how to treat their customers. Mistakes done by their development and testing team should be traced in order to get the balance refund. Refund my money asap.
