This is here by informed that on 7th Aug 2023 I booked Uber Bike to transit from dilshad garden to cdac, noida sec 62 branch through uber app on which the amount to be paid was shown as Rs 99 after 22% off promotion was automatically applied I don't need to apply the promotion manually. Original amount shown was Rs 124 on which this promotion was automatically applied. But after the trip original amount was charged. After reaching the destination I checked the amount from destination to source again the same 22% off promotion was auto applied and the amount shown was near to Rs 99 (Please refer attachment as a proof). Then I raise this issue to uber customer care. They didn't refund my balance amount that was Rs 25. Also, their customer support tried to ignore my issue by saying we have escalated the issue to our expert team and will reply in 24 hrs, then 48 hrs, then 3 business days and so on. Today from 7 Aug 2023 I have received reply from their end that there was no promotion applied and no refund is applicable for this trip. As I have already shared I don't need to apply promotion as the promotion was auto applied. Please refer attachment in which it is shown that the attachment was auto applied on the uber bike for the same trip. They are making excuses for around 2 weeks as they trying to avoid and fool the customer. Even if I have the proof they are not refunding my money. Do refund the balance amount that is Rs 25 ASAP.
