It's so annoying that drivers keep cancelling according to their wishes. They don't feel like going somewhere they simply cancel. Orelse they call and ask for drop location and then conveniently cancel after saying that they are on the way to pick up.

This is so so annoying and inconvenient for customers. Even if we are willing to pay higher charges, we dont get any advantage of getting the ride faster. Peaktime/normal time/rain/no rain/ - uber is simply unavailable especially the autos. orelse the person has to pay Rs 600 in UberGo to travel 10km in Bangalore
