Uber India — booked taxi was not arrived and canceled without my knowledge

I booked a taxi now to podhanur junction and driver told me that they are at the spot. I told i will come and searching the car. I can't find any car and when i check the app, it says driver canceled. I totally shocked and how they can cancel without my knowledge. Horrible response and worst customer care. I can't even reach them by phone. Now who will take care of me to catch my train at podhanur. Please don't repeat this next time and to any customer.
