Uber India — Cab driver misbehave

Yesterday i booked the ride but the cab driver did not reached on the spot. He was making excuses to come to the pickup location... Ia sked him two nearest to come whereas he was not agreeing... So i cancelled the ride because was waiting with luggage and he was just denying to come... Still i need to pay for that?? It was his fault because of which i need to pay??? He was just ignoring to come to huda metro station which is so common he was nearby butstill was not much o[censored]se
