Uber India — cab tata indica 4443 not arrived.. penal charges collected from me

I have booked cab today and you allotted me tata indica 4443. I waited for more than ten minutes but the cab has not come. Then i had to book anothe r cab from from uber itself and you have penalised me by rs.50. Mrsantosh, driver of the cab collected from me. It is unfair. For failure of your cab driver4443, you have penalsed me. Hope you will compensate me in the next ride. M. Bhaskara rama murty [protected]/[protected].
