The cancellation charge is always annoying. Why the customer has to pay the cancellation charge, if the driver cancels the trip?
And this is not the first time experience that i and (Many people whom i have discussed the issue with) are having about the same. It is high time for you to look into this, else you are going to miss the uber customers like anything - i know many people in my friends circle who have stopped using uber app, and yeah, i will also shortly move to that list.
