Uber India — Cancellation charges

I have booked a ubergo on 4th may form ramachandrapura to airport waiting time was approx 18mins so i was try calling the driver his number not reachable and also waiting duration is long, so i have decided to cancel but it is been charged for me of rs.150 which not fair, kindly return my money back do you need any further info kindly let me know.
