Uber India — cancellation charges paid for driver's fault

Yester day 15.9.2017 at 10.30 pm, i booked uber chennai from kalaigner karunanidhi community hall, todender nagar saidapet to hotel saravana bhavan, kenneth lane, egmore, chennai. I was allotted by uber one car with driver may be sivakumar who did not cooperate & never turned up & his mobile was not responded though in the first call, he assured to come. When he did not turn up, i had to cancel & request u another one for no fault of mine ur company penalised me rs 30 cancellation charges. I request u to take action against such indisciplined driver putting me at risk at such odd hours. Tku
