I booked ride 3 days in advance with uber on1st sept 22.As usual i got a message that the ride is on time followed by driver details and pin number.i was waiting for the cab, i received a call from the driver refusing to come.i was in a hurry to catch train, i booked a cab from Ola and luckily i reached my destination on time.But on the way i got a call after about 20 minutes from another driver o[censored]ber saying he has come to pick me up.i informed about the earlier driver refusing to come and i left to my destination as i was in a hurry and no informaton of arriving another cab.Afterwards i received a bill of rs 90 for cancellation.In fact the ride was cancelled by uber itself.I became upset about such behavior and i uninstalled the app from my mobile which only i could do.
