I have booked cab from nacharam hmt nagar to uppal metro station in hyderabad @ 7:30 pm today.
I have got a confirmation with driver details - name sivaiah, mobile number: [protected]. I called him and he said he is reaching in 5 minutes and the gps also indicated the same. While disconnecting the call, he asked me where is the ride to for which i replied.
He immediately cancelled the ride. While i got another cab (Khaja - a very good driver), i have been put to inconvenience.
This is becoming a habit with many uber drivers in hyderabad.
I urge you to take action on the driver and inform me of action taken. I also urge you take steps to reduce the ride cancellation menace which is getting prevalent in hyderabad. It could potentially destroy your brand.
