Uber India — Cancellation of trip

Worst service by uber. When being rider we cancel trip, Uber charge Rs 60/-, but when drivers cancel trips repeatedly or come late...wy Uber dnt pay us ? I want to lodge legal complaint . How uber can be so ridiculous and irresponsible ? Its cant be an one sided issue. When mistake is from our side, u charge from us. But when mistake is from ur side, then also we have to suffer. Which type of buisness ethics u guys r following when u will hv all the benefits and customers will suffer.
