Uber India — Cancelled rides without concerning me

I booked my uber 3 times one after the other from RGIA, shamshabad. The 3 drivers asked me about my drop location and told me to cancel, if I wouldn't do it, they would cancel. Uber rides from the airport are completely useless!
I strongly feel that they should be charged with fine. The driver is so rash that he wants to know my drop off location and tells me it's not possible for him to come. And let me tell you, the fare was 600 rupees.
