[Resolved] Uber India — Car got bad in just 3-5 km but still charged the full amount
Bangalore South, Karnataka, India
I started my trip from bial on 14th oct from bial with fare as 549/- drop anywhere in city.
Car stopped near bial toll (Which is just 3-5km from airport), and driver mentioned it got bad and cant be started now, please book other cab.
We asked him to cancel the cab and he completed the trip there itself and we took another cab to reach home.
We paid twice for reaching home despite the driver/cab fault.
I have been following up with uber support but once they responded that they will check and come back but post that there is no response from them despite multiple reminders.
This is their driver's fault and they should refund the money and should feel sorry for the trip and post trip mental harassment.
Request you to please look into this and help me in closing this.
