Uber India — Cash paid to Uber driver but showing unpaid in app

Address:Jaipur

I booked the cab on 24 Jan 2021 and I paid cash to driver but It was showing unpaid in app and today I booked the cab again and same amount is added again. Is it possible cab driver left the ride without collecting cash.
Now I want my 240 rs back
