Uber India — Cash payment

I travelled from 9th street nanganallur to hindu mission hospital in tambaram via uber on 30th september 2023 at 10.15 AM. I chose digital payment option and driver accepted my request. While dropping at my destination, he started creating a scene before everyone. He denied digital payment and wanted me to pay cash. We are in rush to meet a doctor. At the same time, he said he will put like he recevied cash in his uber app for the trip. So while believing him, we paid the cash. But he didnt update the payment details even after 4 hours. He cheated us. Now the uber app is denying the cash payment received and continuously showing me to pay the impending amount via digital payment method. I couldnt book another trip due to this issue. I have raised complaint message four times since then. But uber is yet to resolve it. Please solve this issue.
