Hi,
My name is biswanath and contact number is [protected].Today(9th Nov 2015) around 8:05 PM I booked a ride(uberx) against driver name Mohammad(car no WB04F8336). After booking driver called me and asked my drop off location which he is not supposed to ask before I ride. I told my location and he told there is an accident in that area so he is stuck up and it will take time.He suggested me to cancel the ride. Then I tried to cancel it and atleast 4-5 times I got error from app.Then I called up the driver at [protected] and his phone was switched off.Then I got one sms driver is arriving.It was utter shock to me as it's the same driver who told me to cancel the trip.Then I saw in app that trip is cancelled. After sometime I got receipt in e-mail that 80 rs has been charged as cancellation. Is this a new strategy uber is taking to cheat it's customers? I want this refund immediately else I shall take it to consumer's court.
