We booked an UberGo on Aug 5, 2017, which showed waiting time as 10 min while booking. But we waited for more than 20 min, still the cab did not arrive. When we called the driver, he asked to wait for another 10-15 min. So we cancelled the cab and took an auto as it was too late already. On the next trip I was charged Rs. 52 as cancellation Fee. Since it was not my fault, but the driver's, it was incorrect for UBER to charge me. Was this information helpful? |
