Uber India — Charged double fare for a trip

Hi,

This is regarding one of my recent morning trips with Uber on February 26, 2016 (Recent Friday) with driver Jafarudeen. Since the driver's mobile was not working and even after reaching the destination, he was not able to complete the trip, he rebooted his phone or I don't know what he did that to me amount was shown as Rs. 0. Now although I had selected payment by card, I paid him in cash Rs. 140 as I wasn't sure about my fare and had applied promo code NCR 25. Even after paying him in cash, now when I tried booking my new trip, it showed me Rs 190 as an amount that I need to pay for the same trip and I was forced to pay again Rs 190 for the same trip for which I had already paid Rs 140 in cash to driver. Now this is a cheating, a fraud case by driver which is I see supported by Uber. I would like to report this case and want my money to be refunded.

I have faced the same issue two days back. They immediately replied after getting my complaint but after that they do they do not bother to reply my mails. It's amazing and pathetic as well. Don't know what to do in this circumstances. Please help if anyone know how to get rid of this.
