Hi team, i had raised the complaint to uber more than 2 months back regarding duplicate charges levied to me for which i am not getting any revert and getting the issue closed without the consent.
I was been told this issue had been escalated and will be reverted back with resolution and also refunded the money in case it duplicate charged. But i have not yet received any reply or resolution.
How can uber close the issue without resolution or reply??
Though amount is not high for uber but i would like to highlight this as a worst customer service and negligence in your issue handling.
Expecting a very quick turn around as this is been charged 2 months now.

My order with Uber Eats order number #A031A. I wanted to change order quantity but your executive dose't supported me and canceled my order please refund my money.
