I regret taking trip in uber because im fighting it out with their so called "customer care" to get the refund for my not-taken trip. I was charged the amount from pay tm. And the customer care personal responds that they wont refund since the route in that trip is like the regular route i usually take. Seriously??? Do they not understand? Its better to use ola as they have an verification code system that ensures that the customer takes the trip and no misuses
