I booked a ride with uber on 8th aug 2017 at around 11.30pm. Since the driver could not locate my location and was getting delayed, i had to cancel the cab when the driver asked for it. Consequently, uber showed that they have not deducted any money from my account, but instead, 42 rupees cancellation fees was deducted from my paytm account.
This is a clear case of fraud and customer dissatisfaction and i would like to raise it to the right forum Was this information helpful? |
