I humbly beg to state that I booked a Uber ride on February 24, 2020, but the driver did not arrive.
I filed a complaint with Uber on the same day to waive the charge as the driver did not arrive.
But they did not waive the charge of Rs 73.42 from their system. They deducted the money on September 17, 2022.
Please note that the money is deducted after more than 2.5 years.
Now Uber is saying they will not be able to refund as the trip is more than 90 days old.
However, I submitted a complaint at the right time on both occasions. That is when the driver did not arrive, and when the money was deducted.
Uber is harassing and humiliating by closing the case without giving a refund.
