On saturday 23/09/2017, when i was trying to book a cab with uber, it showed me that i have a cancellation charge from a trip in december last year. For the sake of booking my next cab, i just paid it and then i was able to book the cab. But later on that day when i started booking another cab, to my shock, it again asked for the cancellation trip payment. How can someone be charged twice for the same cancellation? I raised this issue on the app itself and the customer representative replied that the trip is too old to be in the system... Seriously!! You want me to pay twice for a cancellation trip and u dont have the trip info in ur system??? This is height o[censored]nprofessionalism. My number is [protected], and the cancellation charge was paid via order no # 221a06812a6c4c12b70bc4bf87d00a2 via paytm. This kind o[censored]nethical behaviour is not expected.
