Hi Uber Associate,
on the 21st of December 2022, I was, at 18.58 hours India time, incorrectly charged INR 86.76 /- for a trip that did not happen.
I paid upfront after booking and was told I won't be charged if no car is available (and indeed it turned out no vehicle was available).
But the charge has not been reversed after 24 hours.
I have been billed for a trip that was never confirmed by Uber.
Please look into this and reverse the charge on card.
