I booked a rental car from Uber today morning at 9:30 am.Booked for 8 hours but completed the trip with in 8 hours ie., my last drop was in Shamshabad Airport .dropped me at 3:00pm. The total fare showed as Rs.2247/-. And I paid the same to the driver..when about to end the ride driver faced some issue with Uber app.so he uninstalled and again installed the app.suddenly post that when I tried to access the receipt in Uber it is showing the cancellation fee of Rs.42/- on my app and not the full amount which I paid to the driver. I am trying to contact the customer service with this issue I simply got a reply from them that it is system generated receipt and they can’t do anything.. I need the receipt to be updated for the amount I paid to the driver.
Can anyone expect such a silly response from Uber. They didn’t even bother to call the driver and know from him what has happened. I submitted all the details of the rental car number and the driver details but there is no response from Customer support. Customer support is just a mere waste.
Kindly take up this issue as Priority and solve this issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
