Uber India — charging for trip which one has not taken

Since the uber has started its operations in india there is no proper justification for the customer. Uber has given all rights for the drivers to start and stop the trip wherever they need even though driver don't arrive at our location, don't pick and we don't take the trip. Uber is tracking every detail of the ride, even the road map. They can clearly see where the pick and drop was done by driver. After knowing all this they raise this silly reason mentioning why haven't you cancelled the trip when you have not taken it. When the uber has proof right in front of them that raise such silly questions with customers just to not to refund the amount for the ride which the customer has not take. This is the way they deal with customers. No logic at all. Such companies shouldn't survive.
