Uber India — Charging hire fare

Dear Sir,
I would like to complain against Uber cab for charging hire fare unnecessarily twice and even informing them about they initially refuse to make any adjustments and without see into details denied to make antly adjustment and after telling them to see the information properly they had made adjustments.
So I would like to raise complaint that had unnecessarily waisted my time and harrasing me and even they are not replying to my complaint.
So I would request you to file the complaint and I should be compensated by Uber for my loss of time.
