I want to make two complaints for charging penalty by uber which is very ridiculous as i am taking uber cab. Frequently.
1. On 17th jan. 2018, i called a uber sharing cab. It was showing waiting time of 1 minute but the time increased by 11 minutes. I asked the cab driver when he will come. He reply that he could not tell the exact time. So without cancelling the cab. I went by auto as it was very urgent. On the same day, i booked a uber cab for igi t3 and they charged penalty for that some 20/- 25-/ rs. I think.
2. On 20th jan. 2018, i booked an uber cab. At hanging gargen, malabar hill road, mumbai. When i talked to the uber cab driver, i told him about the exact location of the place and he told that he was coming. But after a long period of time, he could not come and instead gave me a call that i am at your location but you are not there. The time is about 9.30 pm and it was a lonely place. I fed up with his reply. Not only that uber charged rs.47/- as a penalty from me.
Now, my request to your company not to charge the penalty when customer is not cancelling the travel. Also refund my penalty amount and instead of giving me penalty, give penalty to the concerned cab. Drivers.
