I booked a cab on 24th morning from NASC to New Delhi Railway station. THe driver said to me that he is far off and that I have entered the wrong puck up location. Do I have to locate the Driver first to enter my location?
He asked me to cancel the booking and book again. I cancelled the trip and tried to book again. Suddenly the price was raised 2.1 fold. You are fleecing the customers just like the auto drivers of Delhi. I did not book the trip and now I have been sent a bill of Rs 80. What for? This is my last interaction with company like UBER.
