I took a trip on july 26. I took uberpool and i should have received a bill of rs 49 but got a rs 89 bill. Same thing happened on july 29. Even after reporting issue to uber support, neither they are responding. And few response provided by support were irrelevant and were diverting context from actual issues. I also tried contacting support on twitter but uber isn't responding.
Reporting genuine problems, uber isn't taking action instead violating all norms and laws. Was this information helpful? |
