The customer service keeps stating that they have rightly compensated their drivers for toll when travelling from Bangalore airport to the city, however the drivers always take a side road from a village and there is no toll on that road. My question to Uber India is, if there is no toll receipt, no toll transaction that as occurred, then why are you charging customers to "rightly compensate" your drivers for the toll incurred by them.
